Refund and Exchange Policy We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products on our shopping cart server (internet store). Please choose carefully. Warranty Return Policy What is our policy if a product fails, or is proven faulty by Rapid Services under warranty? We will either repair the product first. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with the same product. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the freight to Rapid Services. If the product is found not faulty, the customer is responsible for the return freight charges incurred by Rapid Services (approx. $30.00 freight charges). What if the product is discontinued in the warranty period? We will give you a credit for the product, not a refund. What do I do if I have a problem with my product during the warranty return? Please contact Rapid Services first by telephone and let us know that you have a problem with the item. You must receive authorisation from us over the telephone or by e-mail before the goods are returned. What is the address for warranty returns? How are products tested faulty? - When we receive the goods back, we will look at the item to see whether it can be repaired. If we cannot diagnose the problem, it will be sent back to the Distributors so they can test the goods. If the manufacturer is located overseas, the goods will be sent to their local Distributor here in Australia. If No Fault Found? - If the product is tested and found no fault found (ie not faulty) by either Rapid Services or our Distributors, it will be returned to you. You will be responsible to pay all associated costs (testing and all freight costs incurred by Rapid Services and its Distributor). If Proven / Tested Faulty? If the product is tested by Rapid Services or its Distributors and proven to be faulty, then it will either be repaired or replaced (depending on the cost). If the item can be repaired, it will be repaired under warranty. If the item cannot be repaired, then the item will be replaced with exactly the same item. Who pays the freight? If the item is proven faulty by Rapid Services or its Distributor/Manufacturer, and the customer lives in Australia, Rapid Services will pay the return freight by Australia Post to the customer. If however the customer lives outside of Australia (International customer), the customer is responsible to pay all associated freight costs to Australia and back to your own country. Cancellation Policy If you cancel the order BEFORE the goods are sent out, there is a $20.00 Minimum Cancellation Fee or 20% Restocking Fee whichever is the greater cost. This cost is based on the total price of the order including freight. We have introduced this Minimum Cancellation Fee, because we have incurred costs and because when we return the goods to our wholesale suppliers they charge us a cancellation fee. Your request must be made in writing explaining why you wish to cancel your order and this is to be approved by Rapid Services. We understand that circumstances can change and you'd like to cancel your order, but please let us know exactly the same time you order the goods (ie same day) , otherwise your request for cancellation will be denied. Goods are despatched as soon as we receive an order from a customer. This is a live e-commerce gateway server. When you buy goods from this server, your credit card is debited straightaway. If you cancel the order before the goods are sent out, we have to request our server to refund your money, which takes 48 hours. From here, the transfer is done by our bank and can take any amount of time (within Australia is fairly quick, international refunds can take up to a week or two). If you haven't received your money back please contact your own bank - once it leaves our server, we have no control over the funds. There are a number of parties involved in this transaction - Rapid Services, EWay, On Technology Secure Server, National Australia Bank, Credit Union Australia and your bank. We do not accept cancellations for goods that are ordered and despatched.
