We are not a Retail Shop. Products are shipped straight from our Distributors. We only keep some small items in stock here in Melbourne.

Paying by EFT - Direct Bank Transfer
Price advertised on the internet plus freight. Select the EFT/Bank Transfer option and our details will be e-mailed to you on the order confirmation.

Paying by PayPal
Price advertised on the internet plus freight. A 2.5% surcharge is payable when larger priced items are brought (above $500.00). Small items are waived.

Paying by Visa and Mastercard
We do not like charging surcharges - they are directly paid to the bank after you purchase.

Goods are despatched by either:

Australia Post - Parcel Post, Registered Mail, Express Post or ECI Couriers.

Courier - AAE, TNT, Fastway and Couriers Please

Depending on the freight cost if there is a choice between Australia Post or Courier, we will ask you by e-mail. If you don't hear from us it will go with Australia Post. If you would prefer a courier, please let us know. Couriers do not leave parcels and require a signature.

Be Advised that Orders will not be despatched unless credit card details can be verified by Rapid Services and the National Australia Bank. Additional Proof of Identity may be required, particularly from customers who utilise "free" webmail addresses (e.g. yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc.) and mobile phone numbers. We are here to protect the cardholder at all times. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the Police.
