KVC8 - Rear View Mirror Only - No Camera
This mirror fits onto your existing rear view mirror with velcro straps. It is then fitted (wired in) to the car.
This new innovative multimedia product combines an add-on front located Rearview Optical Mirror with Built-in 6" Colour LCD TFT Display Screen.
Excellent picture quality for both day and night vision. For RV, truck, bus, van, camper, motorhome, large boat, or any vehicle that has no rearview mirror or poor rearview vision. Watch your animals in the trailer while transporting. Excellent for Couriers and Trucks.
The monitor is hidden by a dual low-reflective glare mirror that diffuses light for better contrast in day or night. Uses a premium grade Toshiba 6" TFT LCD Display Panel. Extra high brightness backlit for high contrast day viewing. Straps directly onto your existing rearview mirror. Adjust picture and inputs via the Side Buttons or included Full Function IR Remote Control.

If connecting a GPS:
The KVC9 has two video inputs. One has a trigger wire linked to it which is connected to the reversing system. When voltage is applied to this trigger wire the reversing camera are activated and that channel displays the camera. When in the forward direction this channel switches off and reverts back to the other channel. The other channel accepts a Video input (similar to camera).
You can connect another camera to monitor what's happening in your vehicle or a video source. You will need to check with the GPS supplier as to the output of the GPS and whether it can be connected to a monitor which as a standard video input.
