Venturing deep into the wilderness can now be done with confidence thanks to the 406MHz technology of the new pocket-sized RB8 Personal Locator Beacon.
The ultimate EPIRB for when space and response times are critical, the RB8 also incorporates a 121.5MHz homing function and an in-built strobe light for quick detection.
The RB8 Personal Locator Beaconutilises the COSPAS-SARSAT satellites with a signal transmission guaranteed for a minimum of 24 hours. The 5 year replaceable lithium battery gives peace of mind and for added safety the EPIRB is owner registered.
The lightweight casing is waterproof and easily stowable in any glove box, backpack or cockpit. The RB8 Personal Locator Beacon is a must for all serious 4WD and outdoor enthusiasts who were born to push the limits of exploration.
