If an item is not in stock, we will let you let you know by phone or e-mail. Stock fluctuates from week to week, depending on supply and demand at the time.
If the manufacturer is located in Australia, then we can get stock fairly quickly (within a few days or a week or two).
If the manufacturer is located overseas or the manufacturing plant is located overseas (e.g. Magellan, Promax, Navman), then it will be a minimum of 4 weeks.
Once an item arrives into stock, we will despatch it straightaway and notify you by e-mail of the delivery details.
Special Orders must be pre-paid and cannot be cancelled. No Refunds are given on these special orders.
