The Aurora cards only apply to services from the Optus C1 satellite.
5 state versions of ABC and 4 state versions of SBS are available to anybody, anywhere.
Commercial Stations - WIN and GWN are only available to people in poor reception area's in WA, and Seven Central and Imparja are only available to people in genuine reception trouble area's (or 'blackspots') in Northern and Eastern Australia (NT, QLD, VIC, NSW, SA).
