The audio of the HHT896 is dynamic CD quality. In addition, the unit supports Dolby Digital AC3 Audio (when broadcast) via the Optical digital output when connected to your decoder amplifier.

Simultaneous Video Outputs – Multiple Connections :
There is a choice of video inputs comprising of HDMI, Component and Composite – These video outputs are always active so each format is always operating and makes for easy installation and video output choice.

Ultra Sensitive Tuner :
On initial installation, TV channels in your local area will be found and because the HHT896 has been designed and manufactured for Australian conditions, the unit supports reception even in weak signal areas. For easy channel reception checking, the unit includes Signal and Quality bars which are colour coded.

Electronic Program Guide :
EPG is a chronological listing of all available TV broadcasters programming over an extended period and the units EPG will concisely display a list of current and upcoming programs on all available channels.

Parental Lock :
You have the choice of deciding the viewing content that is appropriate for children. The units Parental Lock feature enables the blocking of selected content according to classification.
