Freight, Stock, etc.
: Freight Delivery Times - Australia and International This Freight Delivery Time Schedule has been sourced from the carriers themselves. If there are courier delays it could be because it is going through a security clearance or there has been a public holiday and all deliveries are delayed. This is only a guide. Freight has been worked out individually on each product because of its size, cubic/volumetric weight and destination. The freight cost that you will see added to your shopping cart when you check out is for Postage, Packaging and Handling (Box and Padding) and/or Insurance by either Australia Post or Courier. If you don't stipulate a freight method we will either use Express Post (uninsured) or Registered Post. If the items are fragile we recommend you insure the products and use Australia Post. Small priced items are automatically covered for insurance by Registered Mail (up to $100.00) but expensive items (projectors, notebooks, etc.) will require an additional fee. If goods are located in our interstate warehouses, they will be despatched by Courier with Insurance (Australian Air Express, TNT or Toll Ipec). Australia Post is not available from these warehouses. If you want us to despatch them, you will have to wait for them to arrive in Melbourne - allow 2 days Sydney/Adelaide and 3-5 days Brisbane/Perth. All couriers will require a signature before goods are delivered and a business day-time address and land-line telephone number is recommended. Attempted Deliveries - If you are not there to receive the goods, a card will be left. If this happens, we will be notified and a second freight charge will be incurred. If you do not want to pay for a second delivery fee, please use Australia Post. These charges will not be waived.Goods will not be left on your front door. If you have an alternate address for delivery, please let us know. Generally couriers will deliver in the morning. Couriers cannot meet you at a specific time at your residence - courier companies do not allow this. They are on a set timeframe and cannot stop and wait.
