Embedded Linux Operating System, Rack unit sized, professional, stand-alone, camera monitor and recording system with broadcast and alarm functions. Available in a choice of models depending on how many channels are required and how much recording space is needed. This full D1 Video MPEG-4 triplex digital video recorder also includes 4 channels of audio. A built-in CD Writer and a USB port can copy video and audio files to either a CD-R or to a USB memory stick. This unit can accept up to 2 IDE PATA hard drives for extensive time and channel recording. Displays images in full screen, quad screen or each camera can be sequenced. There is also a picture-in-picture function. Alarm inputs and built-in software motion detection allow recording to be started only when there is an event, this allows recording times to be greatly extended. Features programmable Pre' and Post' Record extensioning. Also Popup screen. There are Dual Monitor Outputs, 2 x BNC, a VGA Main Monitor Output and an S-Video Output. Spot Monitor compatible. All camera inputs have video look through (except 16 Channel Model). There is a built-in fast LAN port allowing secure remote viewing using the software included. RS-485 PTZ telemetry control with Pelco-D Protocol allows speed domes to be controlled via the front keypad, the infra red remote or over the network. The DVR is triplex allowing simultaneous recording, playback and remote viewing as well as backup. Each channel can be set to record at different frame rates and quality settings. Long record times using MPEG4 at D1 - D1/2 - D1/4 resolutions with 5 quality levels. Jog-Shuffle control for advanced frame by frame viewing. Super-Slow view to Super-fast scanning of recorded images with advanced time and event search, etc. This is a professional, reliable, easy to setup and use DVR that is extensive, expandable and practical.
